I thought these extra services were very clever to offer. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed. "Future Inn hotel stay was beyond our expectation. Very comfortable beds, very clean amenities, polite and professional staff and a very tasty buffet breakfast which is the icing on top of the cake. Staff membet Zoltan at the front desk was exceptional who always go an extra mile. I wholeheartedly recomnend this hotel which situated right next to a big shopping centre and closer to Bristol temple meads station. For the price we paid for a family of 4, it was worth every penny. "Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for our stay, opposite the Hippodrome made it perfect. We had a little wait whilst the staff found us room, we had requested a twin but they were unable to provide one not that it was a problem for us. Room was clean and tidy with a good view of the harbour and hippodrome. Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room did not work and we couldnt get the air conditioning to work. Breakfast was ok."

"Firstly all clients should be informed about parking, outside car parking is always full and without any space available, if u want you can park inside the hotels yard but u need to pay12£ per night ‘ that’s fine but should be on the website this fee as well . Per total the experience was really nice."
