"We stayed in a large refurbished room, comfortable bed, large bathroom super show and nice toiletries. The breakfast was lovely there could be a better bread choice selection and it gets busy and the staff are at full stretch but it didn't detract from their professionalism. We used the bus and if you plan and get the right ticket it works saves messing around looking for parking spots.Thoroughly recommend."

"Room was very hot, no aircon, there was a fan, but in this extremely hot weather not really sufficient. Lovely room. Beautiful hotel. Charge service on bar drinks at 12.5% seems rather expensive when they come to nearly as much as the drinks itself "

"The room was disgusting, like a seedy motel in the rooms with broken windows, stained carpets and walls, the beds were over 10 years old (looked at the date on the mattresses) googled the beds they should only be used for 5 years and 7 years max with proper cleaning facilities which I am positive this place did not have. Beds were brown and stained.
The pool is a scam and photos of it should not be in the listings. When you get there they tell you its owned by a different company and you need...

"We booked the family room with a pull out couch, but they did not provide linens/pillows for the pull out or enough towels. I notified the desk, but no follow up. I brought it to their attention at checkout and they took my email, but did not follow up. I paid extra for a family room, but didn't get the benefit of it."

"Great location, and staff were very helpful. Excellent secure parking. We enjoyed breakfast - the porridge and cinnamon toast were excellent. The menu offered a wide choice.
