"Location is a 10/10, the property is next to tower bridge and close to the station. The check-in was ok, friendly & efficient, some additional information about the hotel would have been nice but nothing. Our room is dated and smells like old cigarette smoke. Bed & bedding good, the bathroom is a below average, floor flood's during showers and drain in the sink appear to have blockages as the water goes down the drain very very slowly. Didn't eat there, no details given, internet works ok."

"Someone came into my bedroom in the middle of the night. They knocked twice and immediately entered at around 6am. Then again at 10am someone knocked twice, didn't wait and then entered my room as I was getting changed. "The staff were beyond helpful! They were attentive to our needs even helping us get into our room as early as possible. They gave us directions for downtown London. The rooms were wonderful and the bath towels were huge!!"

"Unfortunately my room had inadequate facilities (a wardrobe that didn’t allow for full-length storage of my garments) but the staff downstairs put it right and moved me to a better room.
The breakfast the following day was wonderful and all-in-all, a lovely stay. Would definitely return:"
