I will travel again with RIU and will make this a vacation spot because of the flow and easy of everything. There were many things to do in Cancun or the neighboring cities (Tullum, Cozmel, etc .....) ...we had an amazing time and when we book our trip next year, 2027, it will be for 14 days instead of 7 days and 6 nights. Not enough time to explore everything."

"This hotel has very poor food quality and is much more expensive than expected for a 5-star hotel. I would honestly recommend staying at another hotel for this price. The food was terrible, the glasses were dirty, and they even brought me a glass that still had red lipstick marks and someone else’s water stains on it. The pools were also dirty and not well maintained. Very disappointing experience."
