Breakfast is always perfect (the coffee machine even behaved for my last visit). Rachel, is not only great at her job, but she is such an amazing soul. I also really appreciate the security on the door, who make it a safe environment for everyone and he's always so friendly. "

"All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...

"Last minute booking and was very lucky to have a lakeside view double room which I must say the view. Checked in and was welcomed by two lovely young ladies on the desk who were amazing! Rooms are lovely, smart tv’s and perfect space. We were having issues with the TV and WiFi connection, immediately sorted by the manager who kindly changed our room to solve this issue. So grateful and was an amazing stay! We will definitely be back, so relaxing and a lovely walk around the lake. Online pictures...
