"Hotel under promised and over delivered. Very happy with the value of the stay. It has a beautiful cocktail bar at tte top. Only negative is what’s the point of those stupid auto check in machines, they are fiddly to use , and they don’t issue keys… so you then have to queue again to collect your key at the desk. Pointless "

"Mein Aufenthalt im GINN Hotel Berlin – Potsdam war von Sonntag bis Freitag. Ich bin gehörlos, und das Hotel respektiert gehörlose Gäste – die Kommunikation mit allen war problemlos. Das Personal, Hausmeister, Reinigungsteam und Frühstückspersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war frisch und abwechslungsreich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und praktisch, mit guter Busanbindung. Vielen Dank an das ganze GINN-Team!"
