"The hotel was lovely- very welcoming with beautiful flower displays. The rooms were well appointed with quite a luxurious feel provided by pristine bed linen and towels. The tv in my room did not work but on contacting guest services someone came very quickly to sort it. I was able to change rooms. Room service was quick and the food was good. Breakfast was top class, so much choice and excellent quality. My only gripe was the prices of the drinks at the bar (which is common in hotels). £24 for 2 cocktails and £8 a pint. Would definitely come back again."

"Myself and my husband stayed for 1 night as we were attending an outdoor event in the North Car Parks. The location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to resorts world and the event we were attending (we were very lucky with the weather for this!) The hotel was lovely. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was massive but perhaps a bit hard for my taste, other than that the room had everything you needed. "All fine and dandy. Room and decor a little dated but super clean and everything we needed. All staff were really friendly but the star is the incomparable Linda. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests.
