"Great location! Friendly and knowledgeable staff!"

"The room was well done. Great location attached to the airport. Silent in the room. The front desk tried to have me sign for an expensive breakfast that I did not request when we were checking in. Thankfully I questioned why I was having to sign the form and avoided the extra charge. "

"Room was clean needs more lights or brighter bulbs and one lamp did not work. Great beds and adequate tv selections in english. Shuttle worked out well and saved alot on getting to town using local bus trains. Food in the restaurant (fish)was good albeit expensive. Readily available luggage storage for early arrival or late departures. Overall good value."

"암스테르담 호텔이 워낙 가성비 좋지 않다는 얘긴 들었지만 생각보다는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 도로변이 아닌 테라스로 나가는 쪽의 방을 받아서 조용히 지낼 수 있었지만, 제가 묵은 층 복도부터 카페트 청소가 제대로 안되어선지 눅눅하고 묘한 냄새가 났습니다. 객실에는 카페트를 없애는 게 더 깨끗할 것 같습니다. 테라스에서 담배피우는 투숙객이 있어서 테라스쪽 문은 한번도 열지 않았음에도 담배냄새때문에 이틀가량 괴로웠습니다만, 호텔측 방침이 어떤지 모르겠네요. 객실에서만 피우지 않으면 허용하는 건지? 그 투숙객이 거의 밤중에 피우는 편이라 자다가 냄새맡고 깼다가 다시 잠들곤 해서 깜박하고 리셉션에 따로 얘기하진 않았습니다. 이에 대한 규정이 필요해 보입니다. "

"Excellent staff. Relatively close to Schiphol, and nice to have the shuttle. However, not convenient to central Amsterdam. Best option is to walk to the nearby station, take bus 397, and/or use the NS Sprinter from the airport - quite doable. Food options are essentially non-existent after 10 pm. However, overall a very good option for a reasonable price. "
