"The rooms had some stains on the walls and the faucet and shower handles had residue. Wasn’t very clean. Restaurant reservations were handled horribly we couldn’t not make a reservation because they were all at capacity by the time we got our room number to be able to reserve. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Secrets claimed this is a "New" property, only part of the building is new and that area is reserved for their "Preferred club members". So the rest of the building has had some updates and it's OK, but not NEW. Very disappointed in their claims. Some of the staff seem to have a distinct problem with what a 'proper dress sandal is' My wife wore the same dress sandal to 6 restaurants and never had a problem. The last night of our stay a restaurant we had been to before turned us away saying...

"We loved everything about the resort. It was beautiful. It was clean. The service was excellent. There was a ton of amenities. It never felt busy. Restaurants were easy to get into and the food was great. The only bummer was the ocean and beach, but that’s not the resort’s fault!"
