"Definitely a nice place to stay. They are not big on checking in early. I visited in mid-July. Even when I returned to check in after, I had to wait and was given a room next to the elevator which is not ideal since it gets loud. Room was very clean and comfortable with black out curtains. No view. Same for my friend who stayed on a different floor - same room, different side, no view but nice room. Staff were on and off. Some friendly, some awkward. I really liked the location. "Just unreal. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were so kind, accommodating and knowledgable. The hotel is pristine. Not only are the interiors beautiful but the beds are ridiculously comfortable. Location wise you are in the heart of things so nothing is too far to cycle or walk. Plus the tram is right there should you want to whizz about on that. 10/10. We couldn’t thank the Rosewood enough for a birthday stay we won’t forget. "
