The room itself was a bit cold. When I reported it, maintenance were sent promptly. However the problem remained. The heating vents were blowing out cold air. I will definitely be back and I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful stay. "

The room was clean and had everything you would need. A comfortable bed also made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel was also in a great location to reach anything I could need. Highly recommended. "Staff incredible. So kind and helpful. Hotel and room itself lovely. V clean and nice facilities. The only thing that lets it down is the hot breakfast options - all the food seems to have been overcooked, piled up and sat out for too long. We’ve been to this hotel before so it’s not a one off sadly. The cold options, the drinks and the waffle station are fab but we’ve been really disappointed by the cooked breakfasts both times. "

"Stayed in a single budget room which was clean and comfortable. The staff and owner make you feel very welcome. Good breakfast and well stocked bar - nice pint of Guiness. No complaints and great value. Pay and display car park a stones throw at £3 for 24 hours. No food in the evenings but would recommend the Dolphin chippy down the hill. Made a pleasant change from the corporate hotel chains."
