"Cockroaches in the room! We killed two cockroaches, asked the staff, came back from Disneyland 10 hours later the dead roaches were still on the floor. Worst customer service we have ever had. We have pictures for proof. Bathroom light flickers, tv in living space didn’t work, we asked for new sheets ..."

"The walls are really thin so there was a crying baby in the room next to us. We could hear the baby crying when we were trying to fall asleep. Also we were on the side of two busy streets. I will not stay here again."
