"The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"

"Fabulous apartment, roomy with a separate lounge, well equipped kitchen. Great to have access to laundry. Reception staff were excellent with recommendations on everything from nearby supermarkets, sites to see and restaurants to eat at. Location is superb, short walk to central Madrid. Llegamos cansados y no hubo quien nos ayudase a subir maletas ni nos dieran recibieran con cortesía. Pedimos para planchar y hubo que bajar a buscarla, y nos solicitaron volver a bajarla al terminar. Nada, presumo es parte del estilo de hotel más moderno y 'city like' pero hay etiqueta de hostelería básica que no se debe abandonar."

"The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars is because of the noise from the elevators. To their credit, we were immediately moved and upgraded to a suite away from the constant noise of the elevators. If you are a light sleeper keep this in mind when booking. We cannot say more about the staff and the location of the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid."
