"El personal es un poco frío, en las habitaciones son básicas tienen lo necesario, tienen un telévisor muy pequeño, es mejor no tener ninguno o bien algún proyector que se muestre al centro de la habitación y no esquinero como lo está la televisión. "Though the balcony provides you with a beautiful view, it is a very excluded property where you must drive uphill towards (especially difficult at night). Convenient as it was right across from mistico hanging bridges, but still a drive away to other attractions in la fortuna. The rooms had quite a bit of insects (mostly lizards and ants), and if you wanted to talk to the reception you had to walk there as there were no phones in the room.
