"I had a fantastic experience with Public. Air Canada went on strike and only a few us arrived. We booked a suite and they accommodated us to a smaller room and refunded us for the bigger one. Unfortunately the first night, there were a couple fighting the room right next to us. And we told the hotel, they upgraded us to a nicer room the next day and also compensated us for the night before. And I had to stay one extra night and they just let me stay in the same room for a basic room price....

"Wir fanden die Unterkunft toll. Unsere Zimmer war groß genug. Wir haben ein doppeltes Bett und Schlafsofa gebucht. Das haben auf bekommen. Es hat ein praktisches zwischen Halbwand gehabt und deswegen könnte unsere zwei Jungs früher schlafen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die nette asiatische Reinigungskraft. Natürlich war die Lage Top, da es fast direkt am Times Square ist aber trotzdem rührig. "
