Khách sạn Badlesmere

"Stayed here lots, good hotel"

"Hotel is a little tired compared to last time we stayed. Food also not as good as it was. Needs some TLC to bring it back to more than a wedding venue or golf retreat."

"Staff were helpful. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean and big. The breakfast was nice and fresh and the check in/ check out was very easy."

"The spa was very clean, well-maintained and efficiently run, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only disappointment was that the hot tub/jacuzzi was cold. The steam room and spa area were quite small, but fortunately, it wasn’t busy during our visit, so we were able to make the most of the facilities. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was also lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was quick and efficient, with food freshly prepared to order. Overall,...

"Took a daytrip to London. Found this gem about 1 1/2 hour drive by car. Made a last minute reservation as I was looking for some where close to the Folkestone LeShuttle transport back to France. Very cute bed & breakfast. Room appeared to be renovated. Perfectly clean & comfy with private bath. We were a little chilly as there isn't an in room temp control that we could find, but all the more reason to snuggle. Electric tea kettle was nice touch. Restaurant closed before we arrived but the bar...

"The rooms are kept very clean by the domestic staff. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. Would recommend - have already booked for another visit there."

"Clean comfortable quiet room on the first floor. Staff were all very friendly, and helpful. Great service."

"Beautiful property. Staff in restaurant in spa were lovely. Bar lady in hotel was miserable. Front of house staff could have been more friendly. Could be an amazing experience. Management needs to work on the staffs front of house skills."

"Lovely old pub with lots of character. Friendly staff and great breakfast."

"The White Horse Inn is an attractive hotel in a convenient location, with the added benefit of ample free parking. Sadly, however, the hospitality did not match the charm of the property. Hotels of this kind usually stand out because of their warm, personal welcome. Here, the opposite was true. The reception was reserved and unwelcoming, and communication was kept to the bare minimum. Sunday lunch was the highlight of my stay: fresh, flavoursome and very enjoyable. As a result, and having read...

"We have stayed twice at The Victoria and will no doubt stay in the future. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. The building is old and tired, but it is clean and very good value for money, The restaurant is welcoming and the food is good too. The location is convenient to walk into Canterbury. Parking is FREE at The Victoria."

"Only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and it’s a lovely place!"

"Worst bed I've slept on in a long time. Really not recommended for anyone. "

"The room we had was on the top floor with no lift which was a bit hard with two little kids and luggage. The door wouldn’t close properly without slamming it. The shower gel was empty in the room. The room was dated and the windows were stiff to open and close. The breakfast was pretty good with a good range and the information for the room was okay. We had brought cash from our holiday and were informed at the desk they had gone cashless so we had to pay via bank card which defeats the...
