"First room had no ac but staff handled a change quite quickly. The whole hotel and restaurant was completely overwhelmed - not sure if it was due to the full house or a lack of staff but they all kept a smiling face and tried to help everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. Would recommend but perhaps not in a busy weekend.
Parking and drop off was a major problem"

"Dirty room that smelt of dog.
Dog hairs on the carpet, skirting boards that looked like they hadn’t been wiped over in months.
The mattress was an old type spring mattress with minimal support, so didn’t have the best nights sleep.
This is the worst Holiday in room I have ever stayed in."

"The staff was great - friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast on the premises. There was plenty of a/c which was most important. I paid extra to use the pool facility. The pool was small and crowded. Children were jumping in and no rules were enforced. If you want to cool off the pool is worth it but otherwise it wasn't great. Overall I recommend the hotel. Enjoy the food and great atmosphere at the bar."

"We had 3 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were nice but a little on the smaller side for a double. All the rooms had slightly different arrangement. Two of the rooms had a shower in the bath and for some reason one of the rooms baths didn’t drain well, we informed the hotel but they were unable to sort the problem during the stay.
We had a birthday celebration and eat in the hotel. Some of the food was excellent however it was not consistent across the meal. The tuna tartar was poor, 5 of us had...
