"The lake view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the lake too. The other amenities were wonderful: pontoon boat ride, ice cream social, etc. The staff were all wonderful!!!! "

"It was clean, the decorations are outstanding, the vibe was great. I would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately i cannot rate breakfast because we skipped it. Overall great customer service and lobby was playing good music. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this historic hardwood-framed mountain chalet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Jennifer, the Hotel Manager, went to extraordinary lengths to facilitate my very late arrival, even upgrading my room. She was fantastic. I also stayed an extra night. The breakfast spread both days was delicious and varied. The view is superb. Highly recommended."
