"room was a tad hard to locate due to confusing numbering signage so had to go back down and have someone show me where it was but then after that room was good. a bit on the small side but it was just me so all good. Room does not have A/C but a fan was running in the room when I got there and there was water to drink. Water was in a warm room and not refrigerated so didn’t drink it but still a nice touch."

"Management did not respond to us after a night where we were woken up by other guests; we made reasonable inquiries and as soon as the topic turned to a partial refund, communication ceased. The room was well air-conditioned, which is nice for London. As well the main lobby is quite posh."

"Beautiful room with a wonderful view of the wharf, but not the best choice for a long stay. The basic room is very small and becomes stuffy after a long day or a couple hot showers. There are no ice machines, or a refrigerator, or a microwave in the room, making storing and reheating leftovers as well as keeping drinks cool very difficult. Fitness center and gym are only accessible for a fee and there is no onsite parking. Staff, however, were very nice and very helpful!"

"Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."

"This is such a great location, right in the heart of London - steps from the Thames, London Eye and Westminster. The hotel itself is a good price for the location and the rooms were clean. We had a third adult sleeping on a sofa bed which saved money and was ok for the short stay. "The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other...

"I liked that shuttle was offered to the train station but it was only from 7-10am. Otherwise it's a 20 min walk to the train station so it would have been nice to have the shuttle offered all day."
