"I loved the location off this little quirky hotel. All the staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy. No drink facilities in the room but available at reception. Also a vending machine for the things you forget"

"Well I expected this to be a great experience, I paid for a top room with a balcony and river views. Even upgraded to kitchenette but the experience was really really terrible and to make matters worse the hotel just ignores you. I have emailed and emailed with complaints to follow up on my complaint at the hotel but no one cares. Perhaps this isn’t a hotel of UK people just international guests who will never visit again. "Rooms are small but very well appointed. Beds are comfortable and there is minimal street noise. The staff is amazing and our housekeeper was perfection. The outdoor patio was quiet and a great place to have a drink. Location is perfect to explore all of London and if you are coming from Heathrow it is a very easy tube ride and short walk to the hotel. We could not have had a better experience. "The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we got a couple of soft drinks from the bar and another guest accidentally knocked into me and spilled the drinks, the bar quickly replaced them at no charge. On our first night there we were very tired and ordered room service. They were very quick and the hamburger I ordered was the best I ever had. It tasted like it was home cooked. Checking in and out was a breeze. They also have room safes and we felt very safe while we were there. I can't wait...

"They charge 3 pounds per bag to store your luggage; none of the many hotels I've used have done that. No free coffee; can't recall another hotel doing that. Twin beds were small and shower was small. No hand towels or wash cloths. Soft lights around the bedroom mirror and over the window curtains apparently have no switches, so they stay lit during the night. Property was clean."
