The bar decided to clean all the beer pipes at 8:45 pm - pool cost extra to use - parking cost extra - even although it’s in the middle of a trading estate. Bar manager no feeling whatsoever for customer service. Used to be better

For the price the rooms are worn and tired. The hotel needs a refit. Missing basics in the room (no toilet paper), ripped bed linen, dirty carpets. Just really poor for an expensive hotel.

The gym facilities and pool are excellent as is the convenience of Starbucks. Room was a little tired (stains on the carpet, didn’t smell very fresh, and a little dark), but the bed was clean and comfy.
