"Two points of feedback -
1 - the seemingly “pumped in” scent in the hotel, especially in the lobby area, is so strong, perfume-y and unpleasant to breathe in. I would never stay again on that basis. A shame, as all else was good.
2 - One of the days, we returned to our room late in the afternoon, and our door had been left wide open by the cleaning staff."

"What I didn't like was this hotel was small but for some reason online looking at the 360 tour it seemed a lot larger especially the bar and lounge area just happened to be a small room and the bartender turned out also to be the room service delivery person so we had to watch this lady go back and forth and back and forth we had to wait for food wait for drinks because they literally every night just had one person to do bartending and when the food from the kitchen came to the bar that person...

The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."
