"Lovely building and very close to town centre, all the staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Our room was ok but not as clean as it should have been, only 1 set of towels on arrival, shower gel was empty. All got resolved though as soon as I requested. We hung up our towels to re-use but they were changed each day. Free bottled water provided each day and good tea and coffee set up. Bed was comfortable. "Rooms were nice and were clean. Only negatives were 1) there's not really a desk in the room . Only a round stool with no back on it so difficult if you're using the hotel for business. 2) There were no vegan main meals on the menu which is disappointing."
