No coffee capsules in the room for coffee machine, burnt toast, dirty breakfast bowls, incorrect breakfast orders, drinks served from broken glasses, ran out of breakfast cereal, very stingy on inclusive breakfast. "Staff so friendly and helpful. Found room quite warm in the day but in evening was able to open windows fully to get some air in (stayed in April). I imagine would be very hot in summer even with fan provided in room. Walls are very thin, not a problem for me as thankfully my neighbours were quiet but I know other people were not so lucky. Was able to do me a vegan breakfast in the morning which I was happy with. I would stay again if I was in the area and needed a good value place to stay. "

"Room was tired and need refresh, cracked decor. Beds were clean. Light pollution from garden into room, lack of decent curtains. No breakfast during weekdays, did not bother with weekend. Noisy environment from pub and landlord’s flat next to room. Would not recommend."
