"Had to pay for parking outside the hotel"

"The staff was very nice. I had expressed that my dad is disabled and we would’ve liked a first floor room. In fairness the hotel wrote back to say that the ADA room would’ve cost $70 more and my parents opted to pass on the extra cost. When they arrived, they were assigned to the THIRD FLOOR! With no elevator, I’m disappointed that they already had the information and still placed them on the top floor. They could have at least assigned them the second floor room. "Zero hot water !! Vending machines were near empty , pillows were way too small , no extra pillows available!!! $168.00 a night alittle high for what you get !! Won’t ever stay again "

"Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

"This is NOT a LGBT property with more straight guests than gay. We were also told there was an issue that would prevent our room from being serviced for 3 days AND we were expected to take care of our own garbage yet we witnessed a number of rooms being cleaned....so not sure how that worked. The only positive experience was Vanessa - the amazing employee on Reception who checked us in. Find another option."

"Food very average. Rooms clean and well designed. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Access to beach is great but beach is very dangerous. Constant red flag not to go swim. Front desk kept messing up our room keys. Had to go back three times to fix. And concierge forgot about my car rental info. Overall 3.5 out of five rating. "

"The first part of our group checked in early. When the second group arrived. Staff just gave key access without checking ID. We choose this hotel because of name status. It did live up to the name nor the cost."

"Great hostel type environment. Quiet private bedroom, shared bathroom/shower areas quite clean. Did not use pool but it looks great."
