"I have nothing but good things to say about this resort. It had everything we were looking for and more. Staff was all excellent, especially Miguel our pool waiter. We did not leave the resort the entire week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We have 2 young kids (2 & 4) and they also had a blast. I would definitely go back."

"One of the best trips we had done in the Caribbean this trip was #10 #1 to Cozumel. Scuba diving was really good all the staff was helpful specially Victor with cleaning and helping fix a problem I had with my gear. Coaky and Pueblo were great dive masters. Food was ok at 2 of the restaurants other 2 were good just pricey for what they are we did half food on resort other half took a taxi to town. Would advise going day one to mega store and getting some extra drinks beer and snacks for room was...

"We stayed there for a week with our friends and that was a good thing we were with friends as there was very little entertainment and in the evening your option was get drunk or read a book. Twice 2 restaurants at a time were closed for dinner and that created long wait to get food. Staff was nice and helpful, rooms are spacious however outdated, internet was good in the lobby but scatchy in the room the best part was the beach clean of seaweed and we could snorkel right off the beach."

"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. The WiFi in the house was not functioning properly neither. There were rust on most metal items inside the bathroom, and it was very moldy. The unit sits right on the main...

"Excelente ubicación, el área para snorkel muy padre. La cena muy rica y buen servicio. Recomiendo 100% el paquete con alimentos y bebidas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el servicio en el desayuno y la primera habitación q nos dieron por qué pagamos vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación con árbol enfrente y vista hacia un techo con condensadoras de Aires y que hacían ruido. El personal nos ayudó y nos dio un upgrade complementario al piso más alto y la vista fue espectacular. "

"Great budget friendly hotel. The staff is super friendly. Housekeeping was exceptional! The rooms are vintage themed with comfortable beds. The pool is nice, the hot tub though was not heated unfortunately. No food options on site, but only a 2 minute walk to store. Better option for breakfast or dinner is Noventa y tres which has amazing food! 3 minute walk. Would stay here again! "

"The workers were always polite and friendly. It was nice being able to rent a scooter and book excursion from the hotel. Also being able to use the bicycle, life jackets and snorkeling equipment were great! The vibe was like a family oriented place which was great! Visitors at the hotel were considerate and all enjoyed a restful and peaceful stay. There wasn’t people selling things or being on the face all the time! I recommend this resort. "
