"We had a great two days here, the staff is amazing and so nice, they were very considerate. Erika, Saul, and Christian were especially nice and went out of their way to help us. Erika made my partners birthday more special with some wine sent to the room and all the food we had at dinner was great as well, some of the best AI food (from the menu, we didn’t try the buffet). Shout out to the diving shop at the resort too, they squeezed in a dive for us and Gregory and the shop owner helped us out...

"Secrets Aura Cozumel was absolutely fantastic! Never had to wait to be seated at any of the a la carte restaurants, staff was always friendly and constantly checking on us to make sure everything is taken care of! Do not ignore the hotel's advice about bringing bug spray as mosquitos can bite in the evening. Overall could not be more pleased and happy with the resort and staff!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The food was, without a doubt, one of our fave parts, always fresh, flavorful, and delicious at every meal. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless every single day. The snorkeling area was phenomenal and perfect for traveling with kids. A special thank you to Emir, the lifeguard, who was so kind and knowledgeable, making us feel safe and cared for. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to go back!"
"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"Great place for a stay in Cozumel! "Older", but very clean and well kept. Great central pool, which is fantastic for our toddler who is learning to swim! The food was pretty good, we ate at the buffet for breakfast, beach club for lunch, and had room service at night. The coolest feature is the private beach club.
