"The staff is always wonderful, the rooms are always clean. The ONLY issue I had was with other guests that were so inconsiderate of others!! Running up and down the hallways, being loud. Other than that, The hotel is always one of my favorites "

"The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. "Breakfast was delicious. Bar was great. Staff & Service was awesome! I would stay here again the next time I am in Columbia!"

"My room was clean and I paid a little extra for a larger suite. It was worth it. Staff friendly but not very accommodating. I asked if my friend could get a room on the same floor as me at first I was told no but then another agent assisted with getting it done. My friend asked a few times about late check out and was told to check back the next morning. You can pay $50 to stay until 2pm. The bar restaurant is nice. The bagel shop across the courtyard is good."
