"The room was spacious spotless and incredible toiletries to use the bed was comfy and the room was cleaned daily with towels replaced when required beautiful hotel that was on a side street at the main shopping centre that had beautiful shops including a very expensive jewelers called Rox we realy enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again"

"Location is good, close to shopping, pubs and food. Walking distance to the Cavern pub/club/restaurant. beware of homeless tent perched on the sidewalk next to hotel entrance. This hotel also services long term stays and our original assigned room smelled of tobacco smoke from previous tenant…front desk was able to relocate us to a better room. Thank you!"

"We had issues with the Bathrlom which was a shame as we use the Liner frequently. I have raised it directly with the Hotel and whilst l had an acknowledgement, l am still awaiting a response. So rather un impressed as l raised this on Sunday. But maybe l should have learned by the fact that l never had a response to my query about parking sent back when booking was made. Customer Service is certainly not great anymore."
