"We arrived at the hotel early expecting to just leave our bags until check-in time. But as our room was already available we were able to check-in well before 3pm. Room was excellent, As ere all the staff spoke to. Breakfast was good and well set to. Only around 10 minutes to walk to the Lime Street Station, or Centre of Liverpool . Will definitely stay again and happy to recommend for a stay in Liverpool.. "

"The room was clean, excellently furnished and really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was busy and only two staff on, doing what they could. Didn't have breakfast. "

"This was a great property to stay. We had everything we needed with in walking distance. Taxis and buses a block away. Grocery around the corner. Yes it has noise due to how close to Matthew st. But was not horrible. Stayed for 10 days and loved it. Would stay at the Castle Collection properties again when we visit Liverpool again. Thank you "

"Beautiful building with lots of interesting features. The security between floors etc was very good, key card needed to access hallways, the lifts etc was higher than we have experienced before and made us feel very safe. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and breakfast was all fresh and hot. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family"
