"This is the best place to stay in Liverpool! We stayed for three nights out of a two week trip and this hotel was by far the highlight. Located right in the middle of Liverpool One we were steps to dining, transportation, grocery stores, bars, shopping, the Albert Docks etc. We had a room at the edge of the building with views in two directions, we could see the whole city with windows that opened for a fresh cross breeze. "Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

Hairs on the floor ie blonde im dark haired very Noisy , loose toilet seat. & toilet holder which moved everytime you tried to take toilet roll off, shower started spraying out water at 1.15am in the morning Sticky table,My handbag stuck to it, ripped chair in the room aswell Room 305 Would i stay again NO Plus when you get to the hotel you have to pay a £50 deposit for the room thats after you have paid for the room"

"The room was spacious spotless and incredible toiletries to use the bed was comfy and the room was cleaned daily with towels replaced when required beautiful hotel that was on a side street at the main shopping centre that had beautiful shops including a very expensive jewelers called Rox we realy enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again"

"Excellent deluxe balcony room especially as it was an up grade. Looked over Matthew St but with yhe tripe glazing had no disturbance at all. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were so helpful and chatty, also had the opportunity to leave luggage on last day so could explore with out it , think they also offer his service if you arrive early as we went to do tjis. "We shared a 1 bedroom apartment and appreciated having the sitting room space. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the location was perfect for the centre of Liverpool. Our room overlooked the rear of the property and was quiet so no night disturbances for us. The room was clean and had a fan which was useful, although with windows open and with a door to a small balcony there was plenty of ventilation. "We were very impressed with the overall hotel, the staff and the architecture. The food was really good for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly good at it. Next time we’re in Liverpool will be sure to stay at this hotel, without fail!"

"Location is good, close to shopping, pubs and food. Walking distance to the Cavern pub/club/restaurant. beware of homeless tent perched on the sidewalk next to hotel entrance. This hotel also services long term stays and our original assigned room smelled of tobacco smoke from previous tenant…front desk was able to relocate us to a better room. Thank you!"

"Perfect appartment for our stay. Everything we needed, great location and secure parking nearby. Good communication with the owner and even met us at the car park to show us where to park and how to get in and out of car park. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money"
