The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland - a DoubleTree by Hilton
The hotel has a free shuttle that took us to Cleveland clinic and hotel allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot. They came back and got us after our appt. It was wonderful. We were not familiar with the clinic campuses so it helped immensely.

The staff was very accommodating when my Dad’s hospital stay was extended unexpectedly. They allowed me to hold my bags at the desk and keep my car valeted at the hotel so I didn’t have to pay for parking at the hospital and I could take the hotel shuttle. Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection
This is a beautiful hotel from the online pictures. When I was unable to attend and attempted to cancel over 48hrs in advance, I was transferred between departments for days with a (Will respond within 72 hours). Still have not received response or refund. Would not recommend.
