"Navajo ladies needs to be more friendly especially at the place where you get your players' club card. When I got mine, the lady who processed my card just left the card on the counter & walked away without saying anything. That was very bad. "
"Went looking for a pet-friendly place to stay in Payson. This was an amazing option. Went for the premium to have a larger space. That we got in spades! Both a front and back door for access to a puppy-friendly area. It was lovely. We only had one complaint...there wasn't a plug close to the lovely desk. Instead a multi-function was beside the bed against the wall. Otherwise, we had a lovely couch, fireplace and in-room jacuzzi!"

"Very comfortable bed! The spa and pool are indoors and so their hours are better- closing at 10pm! Wow! So nice after a long trip to soothe the aches in the hot tub before resting in bed. The breakfast was decent with a great coffee and tea bar! No microwave in the room but the water from the tap was hot enough to make my own hot tea in the room. You have to go to the lobby for basic tea and coffee."
"Definitely fulfilled our retro Route 66 fix. The pool was warm and the games were fun. When packing up to leave, we accidentally left our hotel keys in the room and the door closed, and although it was before the office opened at 8am, staff was able to help us out.
