"The hotel is located in a prime location, the staff was super nice and the accomodations addequate. The only thing that dissapointed was the bathroom and the furniture, it definately needs an upgrade, but the shower head and water pressure were great, but it was an old tub that show rust and it was a bit dangerous going in and out of it, I wish they upgrade to showers, more safe and convenient. The concierge staff and the staff at the check in desk were absolutely deligtful. I will go back again...

"This was my first stay at Stamford Bridge Hotel. I arrived quite late on a weeknight and there was available staff who checked me in quickly and efficiently. Once I arrived at my room in the Lyf building, I found my air conditioning was not working well. By early afternoon the next day, I was easily moved to a very nice room right around the corner from the previous one. "Room was spacious but there was some kind of stain on the bathroom door frame. Front desk personnel was NOT personable/ hospitable. The lady at the bar area was very rude and not helpful ay all. Didn’t feel welcome @ all. There’s a black lady I believe she might be a lead HK she was really courteous and would great you whenever she met you. "It wasn’t bad but the rooms are just tiny. It’s like the videos you see of apartments in New York, but worse. My wife is 5’7” and she could put her feet flat against the wall and almost touch the opposite wall. No cleaning service, no refrigeration, no space to put bags. Knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet. In an area that is not super clean or inviting, but huge benefit that it’s near paddington station"
