"Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)"

"Excellent service, clean room and very considerate and helpful staff"

"Excellent."

"Great property with helpful staff especially Beverly on reception"

"Lovely stay, cant fault the interiors or comfort. Only negative was the fact that you can hear through walls and floors so well, sounded like there were elephants staying all around!"

"The rooms were stuffy, noisy and not so well maintained. There was no hairdryer even when I told the cleaner when I checked in. Can feel the room vibrate when someone closes the door on another floor."

"Staff very welcoming and friendly. Clean, spacious, quiet room with surprisingly modern bathroom. It was not what I was expecting from a service station hotel. 2 minute walk to all of the food options of the services. Would definitely use again."

"The hotel provides the unique experience of getting up close and personal with a herd of deer. We had a good time in the pool."

"Reception staff were tepid. Minimal directions given to find room. Room very clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast was also good. Unfortunately the bed was too hard. The pillows also, so I ended up trying to sleep without them. To my dismay there was a sound like a plane trying to take off throughout the night. I think it may be the lift which my room was near to. Thus I barely got any sleep. Then housekeeping knocked at the door 4 hours before check out time! For these reasons I will not be...
