"The location is a convenient drive to great restaurants and shopping in town and the airport. The was an amazing restaurant just down the road (less than a minute walk) as well. The personal pier was so relaxing with perfect sunset views. And we lovvvvvved the dogs. It was very hard leaving! We would 100% book here again! "

"Just returned from a 7 day stay and could not have been happier. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Beach and three pools are gorgeous. Dinner at Ruinas Del Mar was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculate. "The stay was wonderful. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The garden is great and the breakfast and the service as well. Only a little thing: Our sheets were torn and should be renewed but this does not limit the great experience we had. I would come back any time to this wonderful place and can recommend this to everyone :)! See you soon."

"The three thibgs we did not like about Holiday Inn is we could not make phone calls in our room. You had to call the operator to make a call. We mase phone calls on my cell phone before we found oot to call the opator. This is the only hotel we experienced this. The next thing we experienced was that housekeeping did not leave hand towels and wash clothes in our room. We had to find someone from housekeeping and askvfor the wash clothes and hand towels. "The room was spacious and clean. Pools were lovely and really cleaned daily. But here comes the but….. this hotel is near a sewage plant. You can smell sewage when you are outside of the hotel. You smell sewage on the beach. I came here for beach but this “beach” is clearly not clean. The food servers were lovely but front desk was not so helpful. "

"I would of rated everytime 5 stars but there was construction of one entire tower which i was not told about. The steakhouse was closef also due to renovations. Our first room which was a junior ocean front view on the 8th floor was horrible, it smelled of mold and mildew, everything was damp from moisture including the bed. It killed my asthma to stay in room. We moved the next day to the 9th floor and room was amazing. Hotel defenitely needs a renovations. Don't lose your wristband because...

"Great service and extremely good dining options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If I had to nit pick one thing is the selection of beer types available is not the greatest. Would like a more varied selection. Overall would go back again (already our second time)."
