"We had a fantastic family vacation at Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancún and would absolutely return. The resort is on the smaller side, which turned out to be a huge plus; everything felt calm, easy to navigate, and never overwhelming. It’s perfect if you want relaxation instead of chaos. It was refreshing to have fitness options that felt genuinely high quality rather than an afterthought. For families, the kids' club was outstanding. The staff were kind, engaged, and clearly experienced with children. Activities were well organized, fun, and age-appropriate, which gave us peace of mind—and some much-appreciated downtime knowing the kids were happy and well cared for. And across the entire resort, the staff were consistently warm and attentive without ever being intrusive. Service felt personal and sincere. "
