"This resort was nice. Our stay was good, butler was friendly. Adult only pool outside of building 3/4 was very narrow we didnt use it at all. We were at the family pool the whole stay. The room could use some updating, it was clean and well stocked which was great! Drinks at the pool bar was mediocre. The lobby bar was the best olace to have a drink. We couldn't get reservations at the gourmet restaurant which was disappointing. The steak house and sea and sea restaurant were decent,...

"Wow, what an amazing destination and property. We looked through numerous property options but kept finding ourselves considering the Hyatt. And there is zero regret. In fact, if we come back, I’m not sure I’d consider anywhere else. Clean, spacious, great pools, amazing beach, wonderful service. Special shout out to Miro, Mario, Juan Carlos, and Diana at the pool bar. Fantastic people with great service. Loved this place so much. "

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"The property was beautiful! I strongly recommend the 2 story room with the plunge pool. The food was amazing and they kept the drinks coming. The only negative I have is the soliciting on the beach. I wanted to truly relax but was interrupted several times by people who wanted to sell massages, pictures, cigars, bracelets, etc. However, overall this is a 5 star resort."
