"Breakfast had few options, was not what hotels in Europe usually"

"Great stay!"

"Great location. Nice room but small."

"The area around the hotel was very noisy from an early time each morning. I became sick and needed a taxi to a doctor at the train station. The staff was unhelpful, assuring me no taxi would take me such a short distance. I could not stand up. I asked about an Uber and they suggested I try that. Unfortunately, the hotel WiFi was down. They did not care. I hobbled outside to city WiFi and caught an Uber. When I returned, my key card did not work. I asked for a new one at the front desk and was...

"Everything was great, but I thought it was a bit overpriced, especially since breakfast was not included."

"Budget hotel was a quick bus trip away from Lucerne station. Received free transport for travel within zone 10 after arriving so had to puchase bus ticket to get to hotel. Would of been nice if I was advised about this when I asked prior to travel about Reception staff Kemberly was amazing & gave us great information about our stay & Lucerne, she even personally brought up extra pillows to our room on our request. Only downside was bath towels were very small (more like hand towel size)."

"Excellente location"

"The view from the hotel was spectacular. Location was very convenient and accessible to almost everywhere. The front desk guy was also very helpful, gentleman and professional. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back visit Lucerne."

"Excellent location in relation to about everything especially the train station. Very nice property"

"素晴らしい景色とおもてなしに感動しました。ありがとうございました。"

"The room we booked said it could sleep 4, but it was a very small room even for us as 2 normal-sized adults. The foot of the 2 twin beds was about 20" from the wall where a TV was also mounted. The other 2 loft beds would only be accessible to children or young teens. The room had a table with 4 chairs, but only room to use 2 chairs. There was a kettle and glasses, tea and coffee were available in the laundry room. The laundry machines were accessed via an app. The cafe downstairs was open...

"This boutique hotel is like a hidden gem. It's close to the main train station and within walking distance of shops and restaurants and major historical attractions. My room was cozy, clean and quite as I was on the 7th floor.Breakfast was bidder style and good."

"The location was great, convenient to all the things a visitor would want to do. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would absolutely recommend this hotel."

"Lovely, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with assortment of cheeses and a spacious, clean room. The only negative was the pillows. They were too soft and offered no head support. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect!"
