"Nice hotel with good breakfast. Right next to a supermarket as well. 15mins or so bus into main Lucerne. Buses are every 30min. Room was simple but spacious. Good hot shower. Elaine on front desk was very welcoming. Leo at breakfast was attentive. No issues with this hotel"

"The hotel is 10 -15 min walk to Chapel Bridge, sitting on a hill above the lake front. Charming hotel, very friendly and polite staff. The room was rather small and it looked like it needs to be renovated a little bit but we stayed for one night only, so we didn’t mind. "The hotel is a smaller boutique style building a very safe neighborhood. It has several metro stations nearby and from outside you can the Eifel Tower. There are many seasonably priced cafes and restaurants around the hotel. It is nice, clean, and safe. The staff is welcoming, breakfast was good, and everything was clean. I will stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family."

"This is an amazing place, with perfect location to chapel bridge and 15 mins walk to Lion Monument. Air conditioning was working perfectly to beat the scorching heat and complementary ice creams ensured kids were staying cool. Amazing staff. Koina (may be butchering her name) was amazing server and Peter is a great bar tender. Also other staff, that I do not remember names are amazing. "Great place to stay, air conditioned rooms, friendly multilingual staffing. Literally in front of the train station/mall/Dr office and pharmacy for location convenience. My only issue here was my room's bathroom door was malfunctioning buy due to the weekend and holiday was tuff to get someone to fix it and is understanding, I would stay here again if I return in the future."
