"Location was beautiful, hotel was wonderful, staff were fantastic! I usually go cheaper and more simple. The only reason I went more expensive this time was availability of parking and the pool due to 33 degree heat. Parking was an additional £29 and the pool had been extremely well used that day. Having said that, I couldn't have been more grateful for the air conditioning. I did get a great night sleep and the showers were great."

The swimming pool was not fully usable during our stay, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Our room was booked for three guests, but it was only prepared for two. "プレミアリーグのサッカーチームがあるイギリスの避暑地という事で訪れたが全体的に施設が老朽化しており、多くの観光客が訪れるせいか街自体も汚く、海岸もそんなに綺麗ではない。あくまでもイギリス国民向けのカジュアルな保養地と言った印象で、海外からわざわざ訪れるに値しない。ただ海岸沿いにあるホテル群の中で一番外観が綺麗だったホテル(当ホテルではない)の一階レストランで食べた夕食は、今まで総計3週間ほどイギリスに滞在して食べた食事の中で一番美味しかった。"

"The room was ok the receptionist was friendly but did not give us the voucher for breakfast that we had paid for - so we were not allowed in the restaurant and had to go and look for the receptionist who took our money - luckily he was on duty . We booked through Expedia for 3 people but on arrival it was only booked for 1 person so we had to pay extra which we were not happy about !"

"Nice hotel, perfect position for The Brighton Centre. Lovely big airy room, a little tired in places & sadly no air-con due to refurbishment but the provided fan was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again (once the refurb has finished)."

"Old hotel, badly maintained with smelly rooms. The water coming out the bathroom tap had a horrible sewage smell, so my family and I used mineral water to brush the teeth and to wash the face. There were two lifts but only one working during the whole weekend, and the guests had to share it with the staff transporting food or cleaning supplies. It was a mess. I will not return to this hotel."

"Very nice hotel, a lot more "upmarket" than your traditional seaside hotel. The bed was comfy, air con (not usually needed in the UK but it was 27+degrees the few days we stayed), decent toiletries, great selection of tea and coffee in the room. The type of room we booked included robes and slippers. It's a quite far from the pier if that's the vibe you're looking for. "It was a staff-free series of rooms in a popular part of town, all entry done via door codes sent via messages. It saved a few quid in what is a ridiculously priced city for accommodation. Can be noisy at night with revellers nearby. Good location"
