"Loved the quirkiness and bedding was extremely clean. Lovely bathroom but tap was disgusting in the hand basin and no plug available. Chrome in shower tray all broken. All the staff were excellent. Buffet cold breakfast was quite acceptable. All very basic but excellent value so close to seafront. Would stay again despite comments above."

"Right by the beach, so it is an excellent location. Great and helpful staff and a big pool, which is lovely if you like to end the day with a swim. My husband used the gym and said that it was a bit small."

"The location was perfect. The staff were as helpful as they could be, but I paid for breakfast even tho it was supposed to be included and there was no working air con or fan in bathroom. So stiefling in the room. They offered a fan and own windows that did absolutely nothing. It was a very uncomfortable stay."

"I was very happy I paid extra for a Seaview room, the room was large and the view fantastic. Great location, right on the seafront, lovely and easy walk to either Brighton or Hove. My only concern was the bath/shower, it was an over the bath shower that was very narrow and slippery, I was very concerned about slipping."
