"Had a fantastic time at Lovesgrove Country Guest House. The host was warm and welcoming, recommending some amazing places to visit. The location is absolutely stunning, peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing break. Everything was clean, cosy, and well looked after. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. "Room was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable & with lovely soft pillows. Towels were soft with a very pleasant smell that filled the bathroom. Only small complaints was the lack of Decaffeinated coffee & tea sachets, which you now expect in most establishments. Also the small TV was stuck in the corner of the room, but this only a minor problem. The staff were pleasant & chatty & the breakfast was very nice. This is a very nice guesthouse in a nice area, with several self-catering cottages...

"Amazing as we remember it when we last came 9 years ago, had a Warm Welcome on arrival from Tracy's Son and we stayed in exactly the same room as we did 9 years ago. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean in such a peaceful location. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely, filled me for the day, my Partner had Welsh Rarebit which she said was stunning. Looking at returning again next year, we won't leave it another near decade until next time, 10/10! "

"Comfortable room, a real bargain and the breakfast was wonderful. The owner was lovely, really friendly and helpful. I was staying in a single, which would probably be snug if staying for a while/have loads of stuff, but for a few nights I'd strongly recommend (or book a larger room). Location is excellent, castle at the top of the street! Shops and restaurants all on the doorstep!"

"Wonderful B&B. Last minute booking after ferry was cancelled. Family room was spacious and immaculately clean, with separate bunk bedroom. Ordered local pizza delivery and ate it in the lovely garden. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of choices and cooked to order. Thank you for making us feel so welcome at short notice. "

"A lovely place located on a farm with ample parking and a warm welcome on arrival. My room was large, spacious and well stocked with bottled water, teas, coffee and even a small fridge containing a jug of milk, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and super clean. I had to leave early in the morning for business and the owner had made me a bacon, sausage and egg sandwich for my journey. Thank you, I will be sure to stay again when I am in the area. "
