"Check in was great! Staff isn’t helpful otherwise like finding food or maneuvering the resort it’s huge and takes more than just check in. They say you have access to the golf carts but they don’t take you anywhere you want to go. Every single piece of furniture from the room to the pools needed to be replaced it was so gross and stained I didn’t even want to lay my towel or rest on it the cushions in the room couch as well as the pool chair lounging needs to be replaced or something. "I have been here once before. It’s a lovely property and the staff is great. What is unfortunate is that they changed their food/coffee. They used to have a little coffee bar where you were able to get great drinks such as matcha and they had a great restaurant. They have changed the restaurant and the food is not as great. Also very overpriced for the quality of food you’re getting. It’s better to go off property for food. They did great renovations but we had to call someone to come clean the...

"今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。"

"It was a 9 out 10 the only thing was the parking guest can only park in parking stalls without numbers because there’s residence that live there so finding a parking spot with no number is slim pickings but besides that the place is amazing kitchen was perfect. Everything we needed room was a 10 beautiful property had an amazing time. Quiet not a place for small kids real relaxed would stay there again no questions asked"
