"This was a great hotel! My family and I wished we could have extended our stay just so we could have taken advantage of the activities that were offered like the lei making and cultural tour. The gardens were so pretty and we loved the benches and Adirondack chairs randomly around the property. The slide was super fun and the views were spectacular! Will definitely book with Outrigger again!"

"Beautiful 62 acre resort with many beautiful pools and free laundry facilities. Waikoloa coffee shop is fabulous! Boat tram was out of order for a few years now so only the train tram was available and it was really slow. If you missed it, you had to wait 18 minutes for the next one. The resort is so large that you end up doing a lot more walking than most people would like. The on property restaurants are very nice but very overpriced. Breakfast buffet is $59 with kids price of $29! Self...

"When checking in, we opted to pay $60 to check in early. Only to find when we checked out the charged me $60 a day for early checking we stayed 8 days. We had a rental car and there were 2 nites there was no parking, we had to park at the King Kam hotel, and pay $40 ( they did reimburse us). But the second nite the front desk employee told us that we could have her parking(she was parked in the lot for hotel guest). This was soo unacceptable!"

"The unit was spotless. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. Appreciated that there was two bedrooms and two full bathrooms which made it very convenient for sharing with my teenage granddaughter! Balconies upstairs and downstairs was very nice too."

"This was a very nice place. I was actually pleasantly surprised considering the price was more in line with a hotel rather than a resort. I did not realize though, that it is a time share and i was asked to attend a 90 minute presentation which i did not go to. I would stay there again with no hesitation."

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."
