"Super slow trams. Empty towel bins all over the property. Towers are extremely far from front desk and tram wait can be very long! Not ADA friendly as bridges all had stairs and going around them would take very long due to how massive the property is."

"Laua on one side bar on the other could not sleep any night of our stay! Carpets were wet when we arrived it was a bit of a nightmare "

"We enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week. We did not rent a car and were fine without one. We could walk to a nearby plaza where there were restaurants and a grocery store. We took two snorkeling tours that departed right off hotel property. We enjoyed Tuesday food truck night and the Farmers Market. The pool was nice and the kids liked the slide. "I thought the property was very well kept. My only complaints were the pool. It was rather chilly especially as some of the days we were there were windy. Also, we did come to this resort for our honeymoon and did mention this to the front desk during check in and there wasn’t an acknowledgement of this."

"We love here! The beach is in front of the hotel, very easy to access. The pools are pretty nice size, not huge. The room is so clean and nice size, the beds are so comfortable. We love the location as well, it is super easy to access 2 properties so we don’t have to eat everything in here everyday. I wish they have some shower room in the fitness area because our flight is later time so we stayed in the pool after checkout time. "Wasn't able to use the hot tub or the "quiet pool." Rooms were outdated and mattress in our room were really old. Curtains needed to be cleaned bad and had stains all over them. Dresser smelled really bad, so I couldn't put my clothes in it. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, windows were really clea. It was nice that the room had stuff to play in the pool, sand toys for kids, and sunblock. "
