"The location is great. The insulation is very poor, i could hear the neighbours room the noise from the TV. The mattress is terrible, needs replacing as it was a little lumpy and bump so I couldn't get a good night's sleep for 3 days. The room was ok, the bathroom was very small just enough room for a shower and a toilet. It is walkable distance to the main historical area, the defence walls, the beautifu houses and the pubs on Spice Island so that was a bonus."

"Perfect location for Historic Dockyard, outlet shopping, restaurants and bars, public transport…trains and buses. All within 10minute walk. Own carpark. "We traveled from the USA. We had a wonderful stay. We took the Hovercraft across the water and the Hotel was directly across the street The staff was very helpful and kind. The bath towels were very nice. The only thing missing for me were face washcloths. Our breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful.
