"Nous sommes arrivés à 14h,comme écrit dans mon mail,on nous a fait attendre jusqu'à 15h dehors.On nous a attribué la plus petite chambre ,alors qu'on était les premiers:nous pouvions juste marcher autour des lits avec de grands enfants (13 et 24ans).Les autres chambres avaient un bureau et un grand espace.Il n'y avait pas de double vitrage,ni chauffage,il y avait des gouttes d'eau sur les vitres et on avait froid.Notre horrible chambre était aussi la seule mitoyenne avec la salle de bain commune...

"Hotel en construccion, tuve que pasar varios dias sin dormir bien ya que estan construyendo en la parte de arriba y no respetaron que hay huespedes durmiendo, asi mismo la recepcion queda sola por varias horas.

"We had a wonderful stay at the H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel. The hotel is at a great location in central Madrid with quick access to anything we needed, like restaurants or transportation. The lobby, restaurant, bar, and our room were all attractive, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is on the busy Gran Via, but we found the inside of the hotel to be a warm and calming contrast to the bustle outside. A nice place to relax.
There were 3 of us, and the room was configured accordingly...

Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption angesprochen hatten, wurden zwar neue Handtücher versprochen, jedoch nie gebracht.
Die Abflüsse im Bad haben unangenehm gerochen, wobei sich der Geruch...

"It was a beautifull hotel and the staff was very nice. We plan on returning next year. The Salamanca neighborhood is beautifull with lots of shops and restaurants.

"We used this hotel to spend one night to catch a plane out of Madrid in the morning and it was perfect for this purpose. When we are staying in Madrid for sightseeing we stay at a hotel on the gran via. Very convenient shuttle was on time and efficient. The breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant for dinner at the adjacent segment of the hotel the night before and the meal was really good as well.
