"The resort is nice however we paid to upgrade to their private pool suite and there wasn’t a working light up there and the pool light was broken. We requested them to fix it twice on separate occasions but never fixed it so had use the pool in darkness. Also the drying rack was broken in the room and fell right off the wall in the balcony. Food is mid, not a lot of options."

The property is beautiful and well maintained but it doesn’t mean they’ll be happy with your all inclusive offer that not meet our expectations due to a lot of competition out there."

"Nice place to stay. Lots of seats by the pool and beach. Unfortunately the room temperature was set at 75 degrees which was way too warm for my liking. We could barely sleep it was so uncomfortable. Waking up in the middle of the night a bit irritated. We asked about It several times and they just told us maintenance is working on it. But that was our answer the entire stay."

"We weren't aware that the property was under renovations. Beach chairs were never cleaned Constantly had children in the adult only area. While I understand the inconveniences of renovation, the furniture in the registration area was so dirty I did not sit on it. This area is a guest's first impression and it was definitely unacceptable. We have been to various properties in the hotel zone and we will not be recommending this one."

"The Solaris Caribe adults only is in my opinion only great for age 50+ clean, good food and relaxing of course not a lot of activities, could use at least a second pool and the shared beach, entertainment and most activities are next door at its Sister resort the Royal Solaris a fairly short walk and limited wheelchair assessment, but a lot more guest of course. Overall the combination of the two Resorts makes a great vacation place."
