"It took us half an hour to find it no 1 Prospect Road is half way down the road and our sat nav kept taking us to no 61 (who are apparently the family if the owner) abd told us they didn't know where the property was.
You don't get duvet and white sheets but what you see in the photos which is a shame as the bed is comfortable. On the whole it wasn't a bad stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful"

"We loved our stay at the Tower Hotel thank you!
We disappointingly couldn’t afford to upgrade to the Tower Bridge view room when we were offered it (it is our dream).
Imagine our surprise and delight when we walked into our room to find we had an amazing view of the bridge!!! Thank you so much, our dreams came true.
We had the best time. The location is fantastic. Our room was spacious, the bed so comfortable & facilities great. The staff are lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. We will...

"Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options.
The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."

"Check in and check out…
Both arriving and departing was a drawn out process. Just far too slow. Really tried my patience. Then had to wait ages for the concierge. Friendly pleasant staff though.
Communal areas…
Pleasant enough. Room was on 1st floor up the main stairs and hang a right to the part beginning 108 or something like that. Problem is when you get up there the corridors stink! Need a good airing out and maybe carpets shampooing. Musty.
Bedroom…
Decent size. Comfy bed. Quiet. Needed...

"Overall, the Langham is a wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. The only thing I encountered during my day was that several of the common areas in the hotel, including the Palm Court and the Wigmore Pub hosted private parties and were therefore closed to hotel guests. This was inconvenient; hotel guests were not even allowed to walk through those spaces to get to other parts of the hotel! Considering the price paid for a room I expected to to be able to use all of the hotel’s facilities...
