"Great property, as advertised. The host was gracious and communicative. Friendly neighborhood you don't worry about walking through to the train."

"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

"Parking was extremely limited. We were lucky to get a parking spot. Probably only about ten spots. Don't know where you park if they are all filled up. Breakfast was just okay, and I'm being generous. It wasn't the reason we booked it. The hotel was in walking distance of the Barclay Center for a concert. We fell safe in the building and the adjacent streets."

"The reception desk was behind bulletproof glass, suggesting a concern about safety, but then the elevator didn't have a key card reader to prevent unauthorized access to upper floors. Hmmm. The floors in the halls and in the rooms are all uncarpeted hard surfaces so you can hear every door closing in the hallway, making it very difficult to sleep."

It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"They canceled my reservation. I was unaware and showed up at property. They said they tried my credit card that was associated on Expedia. It was expired. They immediately canceled. I had other cards that weren't expired but they didn't use any of those. I was not notigied that this had occurred. Very very awful day. I was too pay at the property. "

"This was objectively the worst place that I have stayed. There were myriad issues. First, the location was very out of the way and off the beaten path. It's not easily accessible. Once there, the rooms are like jail cells. There is only a bed, a nightstand, and a sink, with a water closet (toilet and shower). There is no chair, desk, or other furniture. The walls are marked up and scraped, and the paint in the water closets is peeling because there is no ventilation system. The showers had no...

"Don’t stay here. Staff was rude and unaccommodating. Rooms were dirty and shower was covered in mold. No towels available in the room after checking in and had to wait for housekeeping to do laundry to bring some up — but delivered stained and dirty towels. Stay far away!"
