Khách sạn gần Nhà Frogmore tại Windsor

"very quite room in spite of being in the city of Windsor . A good pub across the street (30 seconds walk) , plenty of parking, good breakfast. Highly recommended"

"Convenient location to downtown Windsor and train station. We didn’t care for breakfast-eggs watery, easiest dish to cook. Coffee machine closed at night, but they do provide instant coffee and an electric teapot in room. Somehow we ended up with handicap room with open shower concept, and hot water was on the fritz for a couple days. Walls thin and that can carry noisy neighbor noises very well. Staff very nice, clean hotel. Safe area."

"Lovely hotel in great location for exploring Windsor with a good breakfast. Sadly some of the staff could use a little more customer service training."

"Initially, the manager of this guest house was helpful and offered to set up the beds as two singles instead of a double, which was better for us. We had to pay £10 extra to check in 1pm instead of 3pm, but at least that helped with our plans for the day. "Hotel is being renovated"

"Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel."

"Staff"

"We've just had the most amazing stay at The Swan, with our two dogs. Our room was fantastic with everything provided both for us, and for our dogs. All the staff were extremely dog friendly and helpful, and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We will definitely be back for another stay"

"Very nice, comfortable room, nice to have the kitchen. Lots of space outside to eat and relax! The kids loved the animals and that it’s clise to Legoland! The restaurant near by was really nice too and also easy to get around without a car."

"Amazing little place! Super value for money with a well stocked kitchen area and fresh eggs for breakfast."

"Bathroom mirror lights not working, two bulbs not working in bedroom chandelier. Both halibut and sea bream overcooked for Saturday meal. Otherwise very good and excellent stay."

"Clean, staff great, breakfasts a great choice"

Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...
