"quick easy check in, efficient modern lift, posh decor but stairs (up & down) to get to most rooms after using lift. usual compact room, clean, bright, welcoming however:- tv pretty useless as picture frequently disappears and HVAC blew cool air onto bed, otherwise recommended "
