"To be honest, I was very pleasantly surprised. Mr Henry was very attentive from the moment I booked. He confirmed my reservation and kept in contact to ensure everything was smooth sailing. He offers one way transportation for free which was nice, although being so close to the airport a Grab wouldn’t have been much anyway. He had his driver pick us up within minutes of informing him we were ready. I read several reviews that mentioned the hotel was difficult to find, so being picked up worked...

"We had a wonderful stay at the L’Signature hotel this past week while visiting Hanoi. Our room was clean, comfortable and very nice amenities. The location near the lake allowed us to walk to many of the sights around the Old Quarter making our stay more enjoyable! We also enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and most helpful when we were planning our trip to Ha Long Bay. "The hotel is brilliantly positioned in the old quarter of Hanoi. The beds and pillows are top quality and comfortable. The room (family, 3 bed) was spacious with plenty of storage space. The 'city view' consisted of the side of a building which was a bit disappointing but since we didn't spend very much time in the room this was fine. We prefer to eat a late breakfast and by the time we ate breakfast at around 8:45/9:00am, the cooked elements were only lukewarm, however, eggs are made to order...
