"We stayed for a night for a birthday celebration. On arrival, the receptionist had informed us that we received a free upgrade on our room! The room was lovely. Lovely decor, felt cosy and very comfortable. The fridge had milk in for our use and a couple of breakfast bits which were complimentary. "We only had a very brief stay arriving late in the evening and departing early in the morning but this hotel was close to the train station, beautiful, quiet, very comfortable and reasonably priced. Would stay again. "

"I had a great time on my birthday and anniversary. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only had an issue with the ventilation , it was really dusty. Make sure all cleaners always clean that area and it should always be double check by someone else.. mouth was dry during night stay. Apart from the that great hotel. Will go back again "

"Booked for overnight stop. Convenient location for city centre, next to Royal Amouries Museum, also by Water Taxi Stop. Room clean and simple as expected. Room was a bit on the warm side, couldn't suss out how to drop the temperature. Breakfast great, plenty of choice, food nicely cooked. Fruit / cereals etc. Small point to improve, fruit cereals etc were tucked round a corner, signage not obvious as slightly obscured by a pillar"

"What can I say? This was my third visit, and I already have a booking for November, which I think speaks volumes. The hotel and grounds are very nice, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the food and drink of a good standard. But what draws me back most is the friendly and helpful staff. First impressions are very important, and employee of the month must surely go to Nevada who brightens up reception with her friendly smile, warm welcome, and bubbly personality!"

"We arrived late evening by train so being able to enter the hotel directly from the station was a big bonus. Check in was smooth and efficient, the friendly staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade which was much appreciated. Our room was beautiful and spacious, the mattress and pillows very comfortable.
